We help South Africans fill government forms correctly, quickly, and privately. No more handwriting rejections, no expensive agents, no data uploaded to servers. Just pick a form, fill it online, and download your completed PDF.

How It Works

What We Are Not

  • We are not a government department or affiliated with any government entity
  • We do not store, transmit, or have access to the information you enter
  • We do not charge for form filling — the service is free

Your Responsibility

FillMeIn helps you fill in your forms — but you are still responsible for reviewing, printing, and signing them. Before submitting any form:

  • Print the completed PDF and check that all details are correct
  • Sign where required — most government forms need a handwritten signature
  • Verify that you are using the latest version of the form for your submission

How We Keep Your Data Safe

We built FillMeIn so that it's impossible for us to see your information — even if we wanted to. Here's what that means for you:

Your info stays on your device

Your name, ID number, and address never get sent to us. They stay on your device only — whether you're on a phone, tablet, or computer. We have no server that stores your details. If you're using a shared or public device, clear your browser data when you're done.

PDF is created on your device

When you tap "Download PDF", the form is filled right there on your phone or computer. The completed file goes straight to your device — it never passes through our systems.

No tracking or cookies

We don't use Google Analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising scripts. We count how many people visit each page, but we can't tell who you are — and we don't want to.

Protected connection

The site uses HTTPS encryption and strict security settings that prevent anyone from tampering with the pages you see or injecting harmful content.

No account needed

You don't need to sign up, log in, or give us your email. Just open a form, fill it in, and download. That's it.

Keeping Forms Current
